Select this option if you have forgotten your password, or your current password is not working.
You will be sent an email with a link to your personal email address e.g. gmail account.
Select this option if your account becomes locked due to 3 incorrect log on attempts.
You will be sent an email with an unlock link to your personal email address e.g. gmail account.
Select this option to set a new password.
You will be asked for your current working password, then confirm a new password twice.
Select this option if you still wish to access FastPass for the purpose of resetting your password or unlocking your account.
Please note that, from 1st November 2020, FastPass will no longer be available.
The University's password management system helps you resolve account and password issues without needing to contact the Support and Information Zone (SIZ). It can be accessed via password.chi.ac.uk, from any device, anywhere.
